2. Ordering & Payment Cancellations
Immediate Cancellations: Because we process orders quickly, if you wish to cancel a payment, you must contact us immediately after the order is placed.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion due to incorrect pricing, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Returns, Exchanges, & Damages Policy
No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the personal, handcrafted nature of our bath, body, and lip care items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Damaged Items: We will gladly replace any product that arrives physically damaged during transit. You must contact us immediately upon delivery to report any shipping damage so we can make it right.
4. Shipping, Delivery, & Customer Responsibility
Processing Time: All orders are handcrafted and packed to ship within 3 to 5 business days. This timeframe may occasionally be extended due to national holidays, scheduled vacations, or unforeseen events.
Carrier Method: We ship exclusively via USPS Priority Mail.
Tracking: Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided. The customer is entirely responsible for monitoring their shipment's tracking progress.
Address Accuracy: Customers must provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Sand Hollow Springs LLC is not responsible for misdeliveries due to input errors.
Returned Packages: If your order is physically returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you have two options:
We can issue a refund for the cost of the products (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
We can reship the order to your corrected address, provided you agree to pay the additional shipping costs to print a new label.
Non-Existent Addresses: If our shipping software flags your address as non-existent or invalid while we are preparing your package, we will immediately reach out to you via email for an updated, verified address.
Automatic Cancellation Window: To keep our fulfillment moving smoothly, if we do not receive a response with a corrected address within 48 hours of our outreach, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded in full.
Theft and Lost Packages: We are not responsible for package theft or postal misdeliveries once the carrier takes possession of the package. If USPS tracking marks your package as "Delivered" and you claim it was not received, we cannot file a claim with the USPS. Consequently, we cannot offer a refund or mail a replacement.
5. Product Variations & All-Natural Disclaimers
Handcrafted Unique Qualities: Because our soap is completely handcrafted and hand-cut in small batches, every bar is unique. The item you receive may vary slightly in design, shade, or shape from the product photos.
Temperature Sensitivity: Our whipped body butters are entirely natural and free from chemical stabilizers. They may melt if exposed to high temperatures during transit or storage. If melting occurs, the product remains completely safe and effective, though it may lose its fluffy texture and settle into a dense balm.
External Cosmetic Use Only: All Sand Hollow Springs LLC products are intended solely for external cosmetic use (cleansing, moisturizing, and beautifying). Despite smelling delicious, items like our lip balms and sugar scrubs are strictly non-edible and must not be consumed.
6. FDA Compliance & Medical Disclaimer
No Medical Claims: Per FDA regulations, bath and body companies are prohibited from making health-related or medicinal claims about cosmetic products.
Not Medical Advice: Sand Hollow Springs LLC is not operated by medical or healthcare professionals. Our products are intended purely for cleansing and moisturizing. They are not formulated to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition, disease, or skin disorder (such as acne, eczema, or rosacea). Any informational materials provided regarding raw ingredients describe traditional cosmetic properties only.
